Avebury Consciousness evolved from the Yoga and Meditation sessions Stefanie and Ivan began offering in 2018 at the Henge Shop in Avebury.
It is now a hub for a growing range of practices and activities celebrating the diverse ways we can promote and experience spiritual and personal growth, including regular sessions of Yoga, Meditation, Tarot, Sound and Dance and Film Nights.
Some events are scheduled at various auspicious times of the year, including Equinoxes, Solstices, Eclipses, Lunar events and other propitious times.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Yoga and Meditation evenings
If you haven’t come to one of our Tuesday evening Yin Yoga classes or our Thursday evening Yin Yoga and Meditation sessions before, then a warm, nurturing, relaxing and healing experience awaits. Choose the unifying combination of both practices, or just enjoy one or the other.
The venue is the Gallery space of the Avebury Henge Shop. Come through the wooden gate on the right and cross the beautiful garden to the back door of the shop. At the bottom of the stairs is an area for you to leave coats, boots or shoes before coming upstairs for the sessions.
NEXT SESSIONS
Meditation – Thursday 6th April 2023
Hands up if you’ve been feeling a bit loony of late? Not quite yourself, but no one else either! As if in some transition phase.
Well you’re certainly not alone.
This somewhat soft-sounding ‘Pink’ Full Moon is packing a punch! And the magnetic nature of the Moon’s influence is drawing out the emotional bruise.
This is the time when new shoots are pushing up out of the dark of the ground towards the light at the surface as the energy of spring abounds. The Salmon are being inextricably drawn upstream against the current of the river to spawn, returning to the very place they first took form. So the Pink Full Moon of spring deals with themes of rebirth after winter. It is the time to release what has been weighing us down.
So we will be doing Yoga and Meditation bathed in the light of the Pink Full Moon, also known as the ‘Awakening Moon’, as its light imparts clarity, healing and a sense of rejuvenation.
